We would be very grateful if you could complete a survey to help us to investigate the current QC practises that are occurring around Australia and New Zealand. The objective of the survey is to quantify current QC procedures as well as members thoughts on those activities.

Please submit one response per laboratory. The survey contains 5 sections and should take no more than 5-10 minutes to completed. All information will be kept confidential and any published data will not identify your hospital. The survey will be open until Friday 12th February 2021.
