Happy 2019 fellow ANZSRS-eans!
I have not forgotten about you, I have been busily trying to organise the dates for our meetings for this year.
Details for our first meeting of 2019:
Location: Royal North Shore Hospital, Sydney
Date: Tuesday 19th of March, 2019
Time: 5:30 arrival for a 6:00 start
Sponsor: TBA
Topic: As it will be a week or so before the ASM, this is a wonderful opportunity to support all our local colleagues practice their oral and poster presentation skills. For those with presentations at the ASM, please use this opportunity to practice your presentation in a supportive environment and get constructive feedback before the ASM.
On the theme of feedback from ANZSRS members, I have had feedback regarding logistical and travel difficulties regarding of the locations of the sub branch meetings. I have therefore kept the meeting locations in relatively central locations for 2019 and timed them so as to not overlap with conferences.
Yearly meeting locations and dates as follows:
Tuesday 19th of March:

Week of 27th of May (Date TBC):
Concord Repatriation General Hospital
Week of 16th of September (Date TBC):
St Vincent’s Hospital
Week of 25th of November (Date TBC):
Royal Prince Alfred Hospital
