To invest in the future of the profession and society
The benefits of establishing a Mentoring program for the membership include:
Promoting confidence and increasing potential
Support and encouragement in the development of specialist skills
Increased communication and networking between members.
Promotion and career development within the profession
Encouraging members to learn from each other by sharing their professional wisdom
Development of leadership skills in junior and senior members
Possible improved retention of Respiratory Scientists in the profession
If anyone is interested in becoming a Mentor/Mentee please let me know.
