Hello Visitor,
First of all, I would like to introduce myself as the ANZSRS Regional Chair for NSW/ACT region. I am currently working as a Hospital Scientist at Westmead Hospital.
I am pleased to announce that organisation for the next Face-to-Face meeting is currently underway. This meeting will be sponsored by Bird Healthcare and will be a Trivia Night! There will also be prizes up for grabs. It will be a great opportunity to socialize with new ANZSRS members and for current members to catch-up.
I would like to encourage new ANZSRS members and extend invitations for non-members to attend the next branch meeting. There are future meetings in the works such as the Branch Christmas Party and the Pre-Conference Branch meeting, where members can practice their conference presentations. In my experience, attending the meetings helped me gain education, connections and confidence in the Respiratory Scientist field. Also, seeing friendly familiar faces enhanced my ANZSRS experiences.
