Next branch meeting:
The next branch meeting will be on Friday 30th November 2018, at 6pm, at The Alfred Hospital. The meeting will be held in Classroom 3, Education Centre, Alfred Research Alliance (Ground Floor) (NOTE- New location!).
Bruce Thompson and Brigitte Borg will be presenting at the meeting.
This end of year meeting will be sponsored by Bird Healthcare. With dinner (following the presentations) at The Collage Lawn. RSVPs are required by Friday 23rd November. Attached is a meeting flyer. Also attached is location map as this is a new meeting venue.
2019 TSANZSRS:
The 2019 TSANZSRS will be held on the Gold Coast. It will run from 29th March- 2 April 2019 at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre. ANZSRS Jeff Pretto Memorial Research Grant:
The ANZSRS board and the Scientific & Conference Committee (SCC) invite you to apply for the 2018-19 ANZSRS Jeff Pretto Memorial Research Grant. The ANZSRS Jeff Pretto Memorial Research Grant is offered to encourage and support research in clinical and/or laboratory-based respiratory science by Society members. This year’s grant has increased from previous years and is funded up to an amount of $15,000.
